Sagacity Network is a faith-rooted platform providing wellness coaching, discipleship resources, technology training, and community support. Our mission is to help individuals and churches flourish in body, mind, and spirit while advancing the Kingdom through practical, tech-enabled discipleship.

- Able to enter a legally binding agreement.
- Using the Services for lawful purposes only.
- We reserve the right to deny access or remove any participant who violates our Terms or community guidelines.

- Online courses & memberships – faith-based wellness programs, tech training, ministry support tools, and music licensing resources.

Some Services are free, others require payment. Details for each Service are provided at the point of purchase or sign-up.
4. Payment & Billing
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
For subscription services, your plan will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods. Refund eligibility for other products or events will be stated at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:
All materials, including course videos, written guides, templates, and graphics, are owned by Sagacity Network or licensed to us.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own purposes.
You may not share, sell, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission.

6. Community Guidelines
When participating in any Sagacity Network community (online or offline), you agree to:
Treat others with respect and kindness.
Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
Not promote products, services, or causes without permission.
Keep discussions relevant to the purpose of the group.
We reserve the right to remove content or members who violate these guidelines.
7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Our health, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching is educational and supportive in nature.
We are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routines.
Participation in our wellness programs is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Faith & Personal Beliefs
Our programs are rooted in Christian principles. While we welcome people of all backgrounds, please be aware that our content may include scripture, prayer, and biblical references. Participation is voluntary, and respectful dialogue is expected at all times.
9. Technology & Tools
Some of our programs teach the use of digital tools and AI.
You are responsible for using these tools ethically and in compliance with relevant laws.
We are not liable for any misuse of third-party platforms introduced in our trainings.
10. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All logos, branding, content, and designs are the property of Sagacity Network unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality, accurate, and safe content. However:
We do not guarantee specific results from participating in our Services.
